A number of themed routes start at or pass by the Abbey of Bornem. Feel free to drop by during opening hours to get more information about the routes and sights in the area. Do you prefer to plan your own route? You can create a walk tailored to your needs using the walking node network. The clearly marked nodes guarantee beautifully accessible paths. The abbey is located between walking nodes 3 and 4.
Cycling
Klein-Brabant is a true paradise for cyclists! You start your cycling adventure from the abbey's free car park. Themed routes such as the "Scheldekastelen-route"(Scheldt Castles Route) guide you along the most beautiful spots in the region.
